8 January 2017: A 75metre Siemens wind turbine blade is moved through Hull City centre in the early hours of this morning where it will become an art installation in Queen Victoria Square. The artist is Nayan Kulkarni and it is part of the Look Up programme of major commissions for Hull UK City of Culture 2017.
